Its new year..for me and a lot of other people around me in this joyful part of the world. There’s this thing about new years..you think you are grown-up, busy and such things do not really matter to you because you work for an American company and you dont even get a holiday..but somewhere , at the back of your mind, you tend to think and wonder, what have I really done..you recall how things were a year back and tend to compare them with present day. And then there’s this feeling of sudden unbound happiness for me..the feeling of “Lets fix all the screw-ups, shall we?? ” after all, its spring again!!
So just bringing the back of mind to the fore, I sit and reflect and try to match the balance sheet…liabilities always greater than assets, as you would expect. And yet as spring comes back and we get another chance to start anew..avoid the mistakes done earlier and damage control, yes of course! And although it sounds too dramatic at this point..its not the end until everything is fine. And maybe thats why, year after year, every spring, I believe that the every new year and spring does in fact give us a chance to make things right and begin the journey towards many happy endings in future. There is always hope..what matters is the faith we still hold within us.
